"After selling our home in Potsdam we moved into a beautiful Townhouse at Collegiate Village and we could not be happier. First of all, the entire staff is amazing, helpful, and always available. The Maintenance crew is on staff should there be a problem and they do a stellar job maintaining the grounds and common areas. We have been super impressed with the actual construction of the townhouses, they are well insulated and we rarely hear any sound coming from our neighbors. It's obvious they spared no expense with the appliances and the heating and air conditioning system and we have never experienced such a low electric bill, which by the way other than rent is the only monthly bill you receive. We highly recommend CVP!"

"CVP is the best! This is my first year staying at CVP and I have had the best experience! Everyone is so nice and when you walk into the office you are always greeted with a smile and a “hello!” CVP is very accommodating and allowed me to switch apartments last minute when I changed my mind on my current one! They have a maintenance crew that responds to our needs very quickly and fixes any issues so quick!! They also respond to emergencies even on their days off, I had an issue with my back door locking and he came in on a Sunday to fix it! They are just the best I definitely recommend CVP to anyone looking to live off campus you will have a wonderful experience"
