"The staff is nice but I wouldn’t come back. My manicurist (didn’t get her name) was good but filed my fingernails lopsidedly. Lilly, another person who works there and did my pedicure, spoke a lot and honestly did a below than mediocre job on my feet. $30 for mani pedi is nice but not worth the crusty looking feet. These pics are taken an hour after it was done. And I have so much polish on my skin!"

"Long story short they charged me $87 for acrylic tips and a simple design on 2 nails and it wasn’t even the design I came in for. I went in with a specific design in mind and it was not coming out right- because it was getting late and seemed like they wanted to leave I offered to pay and come back another day so I had time to pick another design I wanted. Instead they insisted I get a design right then and seemed to be getting annoyed. I had no other design in mind and being that I only come once a year to get a design at my bday I really wanted it to be something I actually wanted. Instead I felt pressured to pick something I didn’t really want. Although the nails came out ok looking I still wasn’t really happy. Post manicure massage was like she didn’t even want to touch me and she seemed to have a really negative attitude by that point. Then she told me it was 87$!! An acrylic set is $45 but she upcharged $25 for a simple design on 2 nails, gel polish upcharged $12, and charged an additional $5 bc I asked for round shape (she gave me almond as well) . Overall felt like it was really bad service and that she intentionally up-charged bc she was annoyed with me-but she’s the one who wasn’t able to do the design I asked for?? Will never come here again"
