"The salon looks and feels clean. Nice massage chairs and a peaceful feel. The staff were very welcoming, from the initial phone call to book my appointment ( last minute on a Saturday) up into I left the salon. They were nice enough to charge my phone. They are fair prices I paid $76 for an acrylic fill in and a pedicure. I normally pay $150 so was very happy. They did charge extra for using a debit card. FYI bring cash, there was no ATM on site. I'd highly recommend, I reside in Queens but am willing to travel to them because they do excellent work. I highly recommend Milagro for your nails. She takes her time, ask questions and executed my vision perfectly. Aside from all the positives above. The 5 start is for the woman who had an extremely difficult customer, was taking up a large amount of her time and she kept a smile on her face the entire time. She didn't argue with her, she continued to provide suggestions and maintained a professional demeanor. It's easy to be professional when a customer is cooperative but I was annoyed for the nail tech. I am unsure of her name but I commend you, and because of that spectacular display of customer service, I will be retuning to Vivi's."
