"My family purchased some small items from the owner of Do It Best. He gave us 1 that was the proper size and the rest that were similar but the wrong size and simply a different product. We had to return to the store to exchange it once we realized the problem. At that point he refused to straight exchange and wanted us to pay extra/more for the correct items. It was rather odd since the owner was the one who rang us up and handed us the wrong items in the first place. Ideal customer service would be to acknowledge you made a mistake, apologize, and hand the customer the new items rather than insist on extra payment and rely on "that's store policy" to rebuff the customer."

The store, at 900 Fulton Ave, Brooklyn, is very large, well stocked, clean & orderly, and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
