"Sage provided a quick call-back to my message query asking for electrical troubleshooting. The power company had visited without finding problems in the main feed. But my home was experiencing voltage surges and dips, thereby potentially causing electrical hazards and wear and tear on delicate equipment. Sage performed inspection and analysis of the main power, breakers and circuits performance. Their professionalism and impressive expertise was notable. No obvious problems were found in the home, but even so, they swapped some circuits to more evenly balance the load on the panel. Sage then contacted National Grid and convinced them to re-visit and dig deeper into the problem (pun intended). Subsequently, a badly corroded connection block was located in an underground junction box and repaired."
