"I just wish there are negative stars for this place. I feel bad that I have to give this place one star. The cashiers are miserable and disrespectful and the boss allowed them to be so. They can talk to customers anyway they want. Customers are treated like dirt. They definitely have mean personality. There are a lot of traffic in the store because they sell cheaper products than others. They are not worried about having fewer customers. However product quality is questionable."
"receptionist is terrible. because of the plastic dividers and masks, my parents had a bit of a hard time hearing what she was saying and so they asked her to repeat a few times. she said something along the lines of “哇，跟你们说一句话要说这么多次” which roughly translates to “wow, to tell you something i have to repeat myself so many times.” why work in customer service if even the smallest requests make you annoyed?"
