"First off they didn’t have me wash my hands. My nails was burning when they put the glue on my nails that has NEVER happened to me in my life going to other salons. I was wasn’t really feeling the energy it wasn’t the best. When the lady cut my nails for length. I kept guiding her telling her to go shorter and she reacts and was impatient. The workers likes to talk about clients and one worker says something in Spanish to someone else who speaks Spanish and then looks at me and laughs in my face. That is hella RUDE. The way the nail design was put on was too thick. Here’s a tip: you always give a customer what they ask for don’t compromise. It’s not what the workers want… you finish the rest."
"Definitely HIGHLY wouldn’t recommend. Came Thursday to get my full set and feet done; I called and asked to check if they had straight tips and the gentleman who doesn’t even do anything but sit at the table and watch said yes when I came in he said no (clearly lied). Getting my nails done it was a sloppy acrylic application & they had two women doing both of my nails at the same time. No sanitary plastic to get your feet done for the water, and when it came down to pay the guy mentioned a tip when that shouldn’t be asked during check out. Literally two days later I hit my nail lightly and it cracked left to right in the middle & yesterday Sunday Two cracked off so i’m left with 3 nails gone. Paid over $100 for nothing & have to get it redone else we’re tomorrow!"
"Terrible job! !!!went there on a Friday for mail removal and new set, for my sister’s wedding that was Sunday. Owner Lisa tried taking off my nails with a metro bus card. Left acrylic residue on my nails that she couldn’t get off and glued new set of tips with gel over lay. Did not file my cuticles, nails were half filled in, and they started popping off in Saturday. By the wedding Sunday I was already missing 2 nails and it is now Tuesday not even a week later and my nails look like this. You can also find a picture on here that I posted when I first got them done. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE, this was the most horrible nail experience ever."
"Went here to get a French pedicure. I paid $28 to get callus remover included massage and scrub. The young lady who did my pedicure was very please but I felt like it was something I literally could have done myself at home. My nails were barely filed down and when she began my massage I stopped to ask when would she do a callus remover which all the workers assured me she had already done but it was barely a callus remover and more like a scrub. Just stick with a basic pedicure. I don’t want to get into the outdated furniture and chairs that don’t work it even move back to accommodate my long legs."
"This was my first time coming and I was skeptical because of the reviews I read before going. Overall, Mr Lee & Lisa are very friendly people and accommodated me even though they were closing soon. I was very pleased with my pedicure; the lady was super sweet. However, I did not like the way my nails came out. I started off saying no color and ended up overpaying for a colorless gel. It’s hard to hear them talk to you with the mask, shields and air conditioning running, so ask them to speak up. I will probably never return unless it’s for a pedicure with that specific lady. Lisa did a terrible job, the shape was off. I asked for square but they were far from that. I hope her overlooking the mess was worth potential future customers because I will not be recommending anyone here. If anyone wishes to still try after reading these reviews, try at your own risk. Definitely pay attention and make sure you understand what they are saying or implying."
