"An employee took down the wrong name and service but no one said anything when I showed up they allowed me to sit. A next lady came in and said she had an appointment for the same man at the same time and they asked me to get out the seat because I didn’t have the right service. Even if the service was written down wrong and you were double booked you don’t have a customer exit the chair when they were there on time and first. Afterwards I explained to Michelle that the appointment was written wrong and how long to wait for the other lady to be done and she said 45 minutes. I had another appointment so I asked to come back the next day same time and she sarcastically repeated the same appointment that was there before though I told her three times it was wrong and spelled my name for her to write down. I would also like to mention she had a serious lack of patience with me and even acted like she didn’t want to reschedule because I didn’t want to wait. I caught onto her attitude and asked her to cross it out all together and she slammed her pen down and angrily went back to doing her clients nails. Unfortunately, I used to be a regular meaning I’m here at least once a month for both nails and toes and I’ve never been treated like this."

"They didn't do a good job and it was really expensive. My cousin's nails broke so easily, she didn't even hit her finger or something and the nail broke, also the design wasn't not even half of what we asked and the butterflies with the matte fell off the same day just 2 or less hours after we got them done, the way they remove the nails that you previous have it's really painful and then they didn't cut or mold your nails to start putting the acrylic. When we went to let them know that their work wasn't good, they got mad and starting screaming saying that what happened wasn't their fault, they also refuse to remove my cousin's nails, they were so rude and the man that did my cousin's nails was also laughing for our complain. "I went with my boyfriend. He got a pedacure and the woman did an amazing job on his feet. They did not charge extra because he was a man. I got my nails soaked off and my real nails wrapped. They let my nails soak for about 20 minutes then they used a drill file on low to shave off the excess product. I am very happy with my nails and my boyfriends feet. They paid attention to details and were friendly. I would return again."
