"I’ve been coming to Victoria Nails & Spa for over a year now. The service is always consistent, the staff are professional and courteous, and the products are great. There are a range of services offered and it is always clean. My technician is Rose. She is gentle yet very strong. She is always smiling and kind. She focusses on the client and their needs. She’s made great suggestions on products that have made my hands and feet soft and reduces the pain in my feet from standing on them for over 12 hours as Nurse. I recommend this Spa to everyone and suggest Rose or Emmy as a preferred nail technician."

"This is my go to nail place for a while. I am always satisfied with the outcome. However, Lately Katy have been doing my nails and my eye lash. She is the only person that have done my eyelashes perfectly. Can I say how professional she is, she is soft spoken , understand what you want and always give ideas to make it better. She is never rushed , she is always patient and due to that the outcome is always great . You would show her a picture of what you want and she would execute it exactly. One day I heard another customer said they have to wait on her to do her eyelash cause she is the best . Kudos to her!!! I love her spirit . I hope she doesn’t leave as some have in the past that I had a good rapport with."

"The first man to do my nails did not understand English. I had asked for tips at the front and he just began filing my nails (poorly) and I had to go to another man to redo and finish my nails. Cons: Did not use gloves Was on the phone the majority of the time Reused items such as a nail file and clippers and did not clean them after Glared at me at simple requests Many did not understand or follow requests Many people still learning to do nails Not good communicators or customer service There are bubbles in my nails There is nail polish on my hands Did not follow the photo given to make flowers Pros: Could walk in Walk out fairly quick (1 hour) If you don’t like to talk while getting your nails done and don’t really care how they look then this place is for you Overall, would not go back. Was charged $80 + tax and given the option to tip via card even though their marketing says no tips via card? The man didn’t seem to remotely care about my experience until he asked me to sign for the tip and didn’t give me a receipt. I’ve attached inspo and what I got (the bubbles aren’t that visible in the photos). Don’t go if you expect good service."
