Crystal Nails

"i have only been to this place a few times. been ok the first few but after today i will never be returning. rushed my nails, shape came out awful. and gel polish was not fully dried due to them rushing and only have one uv lamp for my hand. asked for a spa pedicure for my boyfriend they did a regular pedicure (and finished in 3 minutes). even if he got a normal pedicure ok fine, but he was rushed and the service was bad. they also have limited color options and basically picked the color for me when i asked if they had others. told me i could come in at a certain time when i asked , knowing they had other appointments and not enough workers. it is not fair to the clients, & I will not be returning."

"I love the quality of the products they use at Crystal Nails. Everytime I get an SNS powder manicure here, my nails last for way more than a month. I've gone to other places where I need to go back in 2 weeks but Crystal is different. Sometimes their appointments are a bit messy with long wait times but I think it's worth it for the product quality. I would recommend!"

"I have been going here along with my mother who I brought here for 6 years. I often get a 10 minute back massage. They ask me each time I come here if I want a massage. Today I was here for a gel manicure and a woman was here with her young son who was talking very loudly, laughing, asking for services running around the salon, and was being difficult. I understand this can happen. But I was coming here to relax and enjoy myself too. I came back to the store to tell the manager about my negative experience and she said there was nothing she could say or do. I politely asked if I could have a free 10 minute massage since I am a long time customer and she refused. 10 minute massage would have cost them 10 dollars to please a customer and keep them happy. You find out how good the Manager is when you have a problem. ... I will not be coming back here."

"I’m all for a great manicure and pedicure. But this place literally up charges you to a ridiculous degree. It is just shameful. They never ask you if you want a massage or a callus remover or the more expensive polish. They just use products and never even tell you that they’re going to charge you. But when you ask them the price of whatever you’re getting, they tell you the base price. It’s hard to know what’s extra or what’s included because every nail salon includes different things with their manicures and pedicures. then the bill comes & they charge you a large amount and you’re like- oh how is it that price? Will definitely never be back. I can get the same polish down the block for 1/2 of the price."
