"Very authoritative staff. Cindy Moore, Executive Director of Canton Housing Authority signed a conciliatory agreement to settle Fair Housing Act, Section 504 and Americans with Disabilities Act violations against a tenant and a guest. She discriminated against a tenant, disabled and children and a disabled guest. A tenant Jerry McComber (uses the rules as a sword rather than a shield) is very rude, obnoxious and a "Kravitz" reporting anything anyone does within sight of her apartment to Ms. Moore causing threatening letters and threats of eviction. She keeps her son's aggressive dog (Scud, that bit an 8 year old child) in her apartment and allows her son to reside in her apartment against CHA rules. Her son (Zach) is over 21 and earning an income that is not reported to CHA and with his income they should not be eligible for low income housing. CHA has only one handicap parking space in a large apartment complex that tenants and guests are to use. CHA does not maintain the sidewalks to keep them clear from ice and snow and the parking lots are inaccessible for persons with mobility disabilities. Avoid Canton Housing Authority if you can."
