"Worked there a long time ago and they ran out of gloves but forced me still to clean the toliets! Also the toliet brushes never get cleaned, so that a hazard waiting to happen!"

"The breakfast is good. They have extras like oat milk, gluten free muffins, dark chocolate hot chocolate, and eggs, bacon and sausage too. The hotel is pretty new and clean. The pillows are down pillows. The bed was firm but soft too. Coffee is available 24 hours a day."

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. However the management of the facility needs work. A travel team of children came in on Friday and just took over the entire facility and were allowed to do so unchecked by management. Children were yelling and running the hallways for 2 hours straight and this was on the 1st floor well within earshot of the front desk. They took over the pool and trashed it to the point the facility had to "close it for cleaning" Now as a customer myself who paid $1,200 to stay here for the week can not use it. Since the pool was closed the group has moved over to the gym. Multiple children on a treadmill at once, jumping from treadmill to treadmill and they brought their own hockey net in there to play. Hopefully the mirrored walls can hold up to being repeatedly hit by a ball. If you are lucky enough to stay when this doesn't happen then it's probably a good place but our experience for the price means we will no longer look to stay at this location again."

"We stayed here because we watched this hotel being built when our daughter went to college here. Hotel is beautiful, great work out room, friendly staff. Room was nice but the shower was super disappointing. Hottest water setting was just like warm and there was hair on the bottles on the wall, as well as the little shelf above that clearly wasn't ours. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper...one only had a sheet or two on it the other roll was very small but got us through the two nights. The only hot breakfast was oatmeal which we don't eat ...went elsewhere for breakfast. There is only 24 hour coffee, no other food after breakfast. We went and ate at the lovely county seat restaurant in the Best Western across the street where we stayed many times during the college time. The room was pretty quiet Room was pretty quiet, but hotel was pretty empty. Family complaint I had was the train right outside our window. On both days you'd swear that 9 and 3/4 platform was coming right through the bottom of your hotel although the train tracks were out in a farmer's field outside the window.Hotel was in a good location."

"Our room was nice. Amazing service was rendered by Melissa and Reuben. They graciously checked us in. They were also very informative and told us about which flooded areas to avoid on our onward journey. Autumn too was eager to help and great when checking out. Am sure this hotel has excellent management."
