"DON'T GO HERE Went in for a plain manicure pedicure. Grace started my manicure and stopped 8 times to do other things. She then brings me to the pedicure chair. Nails still unpainted and leaves me soaking in cold water for 17mins. Multiple times in that 17 mins I asked her coworkers if she was coming back to finish. Walk out with wet feet and no polish on anything."
"I gave a good tip because I know my review would effect their business. Look at these nails they gave me for my WEDDINGGGG NOTHING ELSE NEEDS TO BE SAID. Also added the pic of what I wanted. My friend had to come rescue them by my soaking these off. Don’t do it… there are too many places in valley stream to get your nails done."
"Do not go here. Every time I come here I spend more than $70 and I never receive what I asked for. The first time it was fine cause they were still cute but this time…no… they lady who did my nails had a problem because I didn’t give her a tip, me personally I’m not giving a tip if I’m not satisfied with what I get. I had a clear picture and she still couldn’t do it right. Do not go here!!! $70 alone is a lot for French tip. I honestly want my money back cause what."
