"It saddens me to leave this review but it is very necessary. I have supported this nail salon since they opened and stopped because my fiancé passed away and this was our spot. I took a few year from even doing my nails because I was grieving. Kim is fully aware of this. I came back with the best intentions. Kim now is busy and extremely under staffed with nail technician that do not deliver when it comes to design or fillins. She picks and choose who she wants to make appointments for. 3 weeks ago she told me she doesn't take appointments Monday, Tue, Wed, LIES. I sat there getting my nails done and people are writing IN HER BOOK their appointment for those days. My employee calls gets a spot in 10 min. I call she said she booked for the day, i said okay lets make an appointment for Monday, she books it knowing i ONLY get my nails done with her she completely plays it off like she didnt know even after i confirmed its a fillin and design that only she does in her nail salon. I am sitting waiting to sit in her seat for my appointment she walks up to me with her book and says she didn't know and i will have to wait. I absolutely was in tears because it is soo clear she is prejudice. I pay 85-95 for my nails with pedicure over $130. Kim is extremely rude, and her above behavior disgusting as a business owner and human being it is important to remain humble and honest. It is heart breaking but its more than okay. Its time to move on completely, and I can for sure find better service and I want to support and give my money to humble, classier women."

"Nails club is a very clean nail salon. It is rather expensive but the service I received from Anna was wonderful. Anna is professional & friendly. I'm pleased with her service."

"I’ve been getting my nails done for years. This is prime example of how they treat if they don’t know you or you don’t take the extra services they’re selling for the day. I’ve never gotten my nails and not a drop of lotion be put on my hands and the lady at #8 is very rude. I asked to have my nails done short- Considering the hundreds of nails they do daily- asking for how you want you nails should not cause an issue… Lady at #8 clearly had an issue"
