"The nails came out horrible. The guy had an attitude. They don’t understand and they don’t try to understand. My sisters nails are damaged because she had to soak extra for 20 minutes for a mistake the nail technician did. My nails were cut too short. My other sister came in with a design that the technician didn’t follow, didn’t even try to follow so she gave up and just got it painted black. It’s sad the quality of this place has dropped so drastically. I understand there’s a language barrier but they didn’t have to give an attitude on making a mistake themselves."
"I went here to get my nails done and they charged me 37 for a gel fill in. I had to come back the next day because my girlfriend changed the outfits on all the girls for the wedding so I needed to change my gel polish for another color. Could u believe they charged me the same amount of money for a fill in. Just to change the color of the polish. Now I don’t know how that would make you feel but I find this to be ridiculous."
"A lot of direct was needed for the lady who did my gel pedi. It still ended up looking like my 5 year old niece did it. They were polite though"
"I’ve been a long time client for years now. Joyce &’ Kang along with Nancy have always taken care of me whenever it comes to my nails. I always forget to post but Kang definitely outdid himself with this set specifically for my birthday ! thank you again !"
