"Nancy and Coco did my pedicure and nails, respectively BUT THE LADY AT THE FRONT was so extremely rude to me while I was paying. I had a question about an upcharge for polish and she nastily and impatiently began telling me what I should know bc every salon does it that way. Then the very polish I just paid extra for because it supposedly dries faster mess up as soon as I got in the car. I went back for them to fix it and asked what the point was of charging extra for the fast drying polish if it still wasn’t dry after 45 minutes of drying. She rudely yelled for Nancy to come and fix it, dismissed me and took a phone call after telling me to find a different place. And guess what??? I sure will. Not going back there again. The techs are good but the desk staff is quite rude."

"Probably the most expensive nail salon i’ve ever been too. I don’t mind paying a high price for an amazing service but the fact that they want to do everything their way as if you’re not paying for the service is beyond me. One time I told the girl fayfay to fix my crooked nail and she started making faces and huffing and puffing so i told her never-mind but at the end of the service she charged me $5 extra on top of what I usually pay. They kept insisting that that was the regular price when I have been going there for months and i know it was $5 more. Later on that day my cousin went and got charged $10 less than me for the same service. They also have the audacity to FORCE you to tip 18-20% usually after being rude and snarky. Never again going there. Wendy was nice at first when i met her. I guess when they saw their business booming they got greedy."

"I came here because my usual nail lady at another place was sick. I asked for ombre inspired design with powder gel knowing it would be hard to do. However, they said “no problem! We can do it!” As soon as the lady started, she was rushing to get me out of the door and worked carelessly. My nails looked horrendous. Even the ones with solid color had powder all around my nail beds. I came home and my 12 year old sister was laughing at me!! I came back 1 hour later, argued for a partial refund, and got it, so I guess I had more luck than the other reviewers here. However, one of the ladies started yelling at me and told me to call the police if I have a problem?? I strongly urge whoever considers coming here to LISTEN to the poor reviews. This place is terrible and they don’t take responsibility for their unprofessional work!! Pictures: What I asked for and what I got."
