"Quite an unpleasant experience! Got a gel manicure & pedicure, the woman doing my pedicure told me my nails would be $30 (reg. $13) and toes $35 (reg. $28), only for at checkout for my toes to now be $58! Towards to end of my service I checked my nails; uneven with lots of dust and particles on them... I asked her to fix them, so she came real close to me and said "I'm tired, I want to go home, you messed them up," gave me attitude saying we close at 4 (I arrived at 2:30pm), then left me & my nails. The woman who I assume is the manager fixed my nails and then told me my toes would be $58...although the woman told me $35. I told her of the two women who did my nails to which her response was urging me to tip more. I did tip more because she fixed my nails, though that shouldn't have to be the case. I forgot my jacket and left. Luckily when I returned, someone who was not there during my experience immediately recognized me as I walked through the door and handed me my jacket."
