"it's the worst nail place there can be. They don't do pedicure cleaning as it should be, only superficial. I asked the person who was treating me that I had a particular nail that was bothering me, which is why I went for a pedicure. He ignored my request. Then I asked for a foot massage, it was the longest 10 minutes of my life. Pay $15 for that TORTURE. And at the end when I paid $60 for the pedicure and the massage, the lady told me that if she wasn't going to give her a TIP. OMG, her nerve was unbelievable. He treated me badly, he did not attend to my request for the nail that bothered me, he tortured me for 10 minutes with the massage and STILL EXPECTED A TIP. The tip is VOLUNTARY and is reflected according to the level of satisfaction that the client has with the requested service. Clearly my satisfaction was -0. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER, SURE THERE ARE BETTER!!!!!"

"My daughter got her nails done for the first time yesterday… worst experience ever! I showed them the pic of what she wanted, ask if they can do it and the price! Which was quite expensive… $75!!! But I did it anyway because it’s her first time and wanted it to be something she liked. Midway through the lady says, the shape is $5 more, 3 colors will be another $5… I asked her didn’t I show you the pic beforehand and you told me the price!? It seemed like she just didn’t want to do the design and my daughter started to get upset and was feeling as the lady wouldn’t do the design well… so she opted for one finger of glitter and a sharp V- French for the rest of her fingers. It was so sloppy! The shape of the nail was awful! The nail was way wider than her real nails! And they still charged another $5! At the end of the service the nail tech points to the wall to show me that tips are in cash! Are you for real!? Also every time my daughter would try to show me her nails, the lady would smack her hand and tug on it! I would never ever go here again or recommend anyone else! Total waste of money and time!"

"If I could give this place a 0 star I really would. THEYRE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A UV gel manicure only stayed for 24 hours and I did not even touch water. The owner did my gel manicure, has a TERRIBLE technique. I called and told her the polish is peeling off she was incredibly rude. I came to fix it and did it by another tech and guess what?! Came off a day later as well. My pedicure didn’t last too so I called again and they gave me the nastiest attitude AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!"

"I am in awe. I called this nail salon in the nicest way possible asking if they can take off my UV gel, and get a mani. The woman picks up and seriously says “Hi… I don’t know what UV gel you have. Come in person and I’ll see okay thanks bye” and literally hangs up the phone in the rudest way possible…. I mean she could have at least tried or at least not hang up the phone without me even saying okay thanks."
