"The first time I went they didn't have the charging port I needed. I had to wait a week for it to come in. Nobody called me to let me know it came in. I called and found out it came in. They said I could come in the morning and it would take two hours. I came in and they asked if I had an appointment. Nobody said I needed an appointment. They were too busy to fix it. I came back again for the third time and the guy said they would have to fix my screen as well since they're a certified Samsung dealer which would cost an additional $100. I just needed a charging port! Nobody told me that! I asked if I could just buy the charging port and they said no. The guy was laughing at me while I left in tears. This place is ridiculous and has the worst customer service! Don't waste your time."
"The “ubreakifix” on union rd is trash and I’m contacting BBB on them. They are prejudice against blacks and they try to make you spend money for no reason. They didn’t fix my phone and they lied because I called the insurance company. The one on Delaware Ave is the best!"
"There was people waiting when I stepped in someone from behind a wall yelled they'll be out in a minute. When the gentlemen stepped out he told me my item was sent out for work someplace else they will text me or email me. I got back my tablet and brought it home. Charged it. Tried to turn on this morning and nothing back to repair shop round 2"
"I advise all people not to go to this place, they will let you down. Their customer service has no honesty They are liars. They do not know how to manage their business. I waited for three months for my phone at first. He said, “After a week, the requested piece will arrive.” He said, “I will call you when the phone is ready.” I waited for three months. No one is calling today. He said, “We did not find the piece from the beginning.” He said, “The cat will arrive after a week.” This is nonsense. People don't like lying companies"
