Reviews of Sunny Sunny Nails
"I never make reviews but this place was HORRIBLE. I just went in for a quick manicure and the woman who was at the very front did my nails. She cut tf out of my cuticle to the point where i was bleeding. She never even said sorry. She did my nails sloppy as well. Lucky i even paid her, i was in a rush so i just let her finish. 0/10"
"Very professional, I Just Love Mary…She has been helping my own natural nails grow and be healthy. She takes her time and always makes sure I’m satisfied."
"DON'T DO IT, SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else if you want any kind of decent service! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Horrible, horrible service and very unprofessional & rude. I can’t say it enough, spend your money elsewhere if you want quality service. On MULTIPLE occasions they've messed up my nails, cutting too low or being too rough and causing bleeding. & still I gave them a chance. These workers need to be properly trained how to do their job. On my last visit my toenail was ripped off, bleeding and damaged so badly I couldn't even get it done anymore. As the nail tech was cleaning up my nail I had to tell told her stop because whatever she’s doing is hurting and she kept going. For my other toenail she clipped it down so low but this one pictures she RIPPED IT OFF… She knew she messed up because at one point she was trying to hide it with her hand and still paint my toes, like I couldn’t feel I was hurt and bleeding. Even the lady getting serviced next to me was like no way… I was calm, way too calm if you ask me, because I understand that people have bad days and mess up.. Still I wasn’t about to put paint on my ripped off toenail. The nail tech was still pushing the gel nail polish on me, no concerns about what she did.. I told her no thanks I didn’t want my toes done anymore and they were soooo rude, eye rolls and everything demanding payment of $5 for the "service" they did. I was appalled.. Not even a sorry. They're lucky I'm not a hot headed person, because I should've behaved just as badly as they did. I just gave them the $5, but never again."
"I NEVER do reviews of places, literally never; but this nail salon is absolutely horrible and people need to know. If you see this review before considering going there, please go somewhere else and spend your money. I went here to do a pedicure and eyebrow wax. First, they cut my toe nails too deep so the shape was off. I brushed it off because I was in a rush. Then, I asked them to wax off/clean up the small hairs on my brows, NOT TO CHANGE THE SHAPE! After my brows were done, they came out so thin and ugly. The person that did my brows then tried to hassle me for a tip. I’m usually someone that always tips, no matter the type of service I receive just as courtesy but not in this situation. They did a horrible job and had the NERVE to ASK for a tip, that’s ridiculous. I thought it was just the person I had that did a bad job. Then, weeks later my sister went here because she was going on vacation so she needed a pedicure. When they removed the gel from her toes, it started to bleed terribly because of the tool they used and they still tried to charge her $5! Please avoid this nail salon."
"If I could give no stars I would ! Every time I give these ladies a chance it’s a freaking journey. The second to the last time wasn’t so bad the owner did my nails and she was nice. But not this time. I decided to go back only because my toe nail had chipped and its a specific gel color. It was only right that I went back to them to get it redone. Anyway I walk in the owner asks what service would I like I told her politely “my toe nail chipped and I would like to get it redone.” Two of the manicurists yells “How long ago you did your nails? In my head I’m like excuse me !!! Then the owner ask if I had gotten my manicure and pedicure done there I replied yes. She said okay with a meh face, which immediately turned me off. Now the whole nail salon is looking at me if I’m some cheap client that doesn’t want to pay for a full pedicure. I really wanted to walk out but I know I would be upset if I had not gotten my toe nail fixed. This is my last time going here even if I’m in a rush. Where are the BLACK NAIL SHOPS ?!"
