"Nothing spectacular at all. I’ve seen the service and work ethic decline over the last 7 years since I moved to ENY. Everything is done in a rush!! Also charged my mil for gel polish which isn’t suppose to chip and 2 finger nails have. I honestly only go here if I absolutely have no other option now!! Also the owner Coco is extremely rude for no reason and definitely money hungry. 2 stars is being nice."
"The people here are racist. I needed the bathroom to change because I had my monthly cycle and even showed her inside my bag and the lady bluntly said no, proceeds to tell me the bathroom is broken and then CHARGES me to go inside. You would think another woman would be understanding about that situation. When I got out of the bathroom the man was standing by watching me as if I was gonna steal the toilet paper they don’t even have."
