"Loves Rosa. She does the best pedicure. Kim is great for gel nail manicure. It is pricey."
"I've been here twice despite the not so great reviews. The staff is nice and pretty accommodating especially since I came as a walk-in both times. Love that service is fast so you're in and out. I got a regular pedicure and a gel french manicure. I'm satisfied with everything. I think my nails turned out great. Will be a regular client for as long as the economy will let me lol."
"I have been a regular here for years. They always do a good job with my gel manicures. Compared to the other nail place on Eliot, this definitely is the better choice. The place is clean, and the ladies are respectful."
"I went in today with my mom and just by entering we did not have a good experience. One of the ladies(I’m guessing the manager) asked if we had an appointment which I told her no. She seemed annoyed that we didn’t , if it was such a problem she could of told us to make an appointment. Anyways after the manager was done with the client she took my mom. Honestly she did a bare minimum job, all she did was paint my moms nail, she didn’t cut the cuticles and all the other stuff they are supposed to do. My mom is a certified nail tech so she know who’s the job is supposed to be done. Another thing that was a bit rude is they kept talking in their language , makes you feel like they are talking bad about you. Now here is my experience, this other lady came to me and said she was ready for me , but I told her I wasn’t ready because I still needed to pick the colors. She came to me and started helping me . I was like okay maybe it won’t be so bad but then it kinda felt like she was rushing me , at the same time she started talking to the manager . So I told her if it was a problem I can make an appointment, she stayed quiet for a while and then said yea let’s make an appt. I made my appointment for an hour later. I didn’t want them to do my nail because like I said they kept speaking their own language , made me feel like the were talking sht, so this other worker who seemed like a Latina came from her lunch . I felt like if she took me it would feel less bad of experience. I asked that girl that I had an appt in an hr and if it was okay if she can take me . She looked at the manager and asked the manager if that was possibly. The manager straight up said “No” . At that point I didn’t want to do my nail anymore . My mom went to pay for her nail and it’s kinda funny because once she was about to pay the Latina girl said she was ready for me , like what was the whole point of all of that. They just gotta treat ALL their clients fairly , not just specific ones and speak English if you know it when you have a client (it’s just disrespectful when you got a client with you and you are speaking your own language ). Also if the problem was to just make an appointment could of just said that instead of treating us like that."
"I went here and got gel powder acrylics and this place was actually TERRIBLE. First of all, My nails were already pretty naturally long and I asked my manicurist not to cut them and make them square, instead she filed them down and made them really short and round. Then, I chose 2 colors, a dark purple and a dark blue, my manicurist came with a light purple and a sparkly purple, not the colors I chose. To make it even worse, there was still glitter and some sticky stuff underneath my nail and on my fingertips, this was actually the worst place I’ve ever been to and I get my nails done a lot! AND they over changed me!!!! $45 plus tip, that’s insane, especially considering the fact that it was the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten! This place honestly was so bad and EXTREMELY overpriced. Please do not go here unless you want to ruin your nails and throw money out the window!!!!"
