"Worst place ever I have done a regular pedicure with a Chinese lady over a week ago mind you it only took her 10 min to get a pedicure done and it didn't clean anything but cut one side of my nail and it's been a hell of a nightmare it got infected and still barely can touch the side of my toe I am seeking help to the emergency room because I started to have a fever NEVER EVER AGAIN TO USE this PLACE and every time you walk in the other lady are so rude like you there to get a free pedicure common folks you getting pay is not for free you need to be nicer to the customer. Only the owner is nice but the rest especially the Hispanic ladies that work there are the rudest ones in that place."

"Jenny did an amazing job on my gel manicure & regular pedicure. Really paid attention to detail! Prices can be inconsistent. Last 3 times I went, I had the same services done but were charged 3 complete different prices."

"After 4 months of this pandemic the new ooh la la nails has restored my joy. I am so thankful this business is still in our neighborhood. As always Emilia, the best of the nail technicians in my opinion , did an incredible job of fixing my little feet. They are amazingly soft and my nails are beautiful again. "I'll get this out of the way first - despite a couple of nicks with the cuticle scissors, my nails looked great. That and the reasonable price earned the 3 stars. However, the customer service was awful. I got there when they "opened", but waited for 20-30 minutes while they swept, mopped, and did all the cleaning that should have been done the night before. So, no, they do not open at 9. When I finally got in the chair, the manicurist was filing my skin right along with my toenails. When I politely asked her to be more gentle, she mumbled something and went right back to it. The rest of the time was spent being barely acknowledged, including when I wrote in a decent tip on my cc slip. When I left, no one even looked up, much less said thank you. The place is very dumpy and depressing. I have no clue where the high star rating comes from. Yes, they do a good finished product, but with dozens of local places to choose from, I would never come here again."
