"In an attempt to save travel expense, as Walter's Equipment Service is close to an hour from my restaurant, I called another local company. The bearings in my hood fan were bad and making a lot of noise. The service man explained that it would either take seven hours to repair or I could purchase a new unit. Both costing around $1500. I decided to call Kyle for a second opinion. He had it fixed in half an hour. True story. I no longer worry about the travel expense. They are well worth it."
