"After multiple visits to this Nails Salon, I was shocked by the experience I had today. The individual at the front desk, who appeared to be in a position of authority, displayed extreme obnoxiousness, arrogance, and unprofessionalism. Their behavior was not only unpleasant but also disgustingly nasty. I strongly believe that this establishment should be boycotted due to their unacceptable conduct. Furthermore, I suspect that there may be racial discrimination occurring, although I feel they are obligated to continue supporting clients for the sake of maintaining revenue streams in that particular location."

"I won’t be going back I am very easy and I don’t make too much of a fuss. But I above every thing else require good customer service and I really thought I found my nail shop home. After repeated great service My last experience was the worst I can’t go back. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but I will never let anyone treat me less than I don’t care what day your having. He does great nails I will never deny his skill but his attitude will leave you disgusted. Rather than pray he’s in a good mood I’ll just go somewhere else."

"I went here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Pedicure was okay, the manicure was awful. The tech cut 3 of my fingers while working on them, never asked what shape I want my nails, filed my nails down to nothing and made them uneven. When I left I noticed there was polish on my thumb and when I removed the excess, it removed a bunch from my nail. My hands and nails felt uncomfortable after the manicure and I had to get another manicure somewhere else within a week or so to fix the damage."

"I have never had such a bad manicure and pedicure anywhere in my whole entire life! I had a gel manicure so many steps were skipped nails were not soaked LED was not put on enough my nails were only filed and then polished and same thing with my pedicure no lotion no soaking I’m more or less could’ve done a manicure and pedicure at home my cuticles are still showing and look messed up my skin is dry and Ashy looking. The polish is somewhat on my skin in certain places didn’t even know it was finished because the finishing things were not taken care of and the person got up and left and started working on someone else. Would NEVER return here! I regret not going to the place that I normally go to!!! 0 stars!"

"They’re very friendly & professional. I’m always satisfied getting my nails done here. The owners & other workers remain positive despite dealing with rude customers at times. I’ve been getting my nails done here for years & have yet to have any issues. They have great quality nail care & customer service."
