"I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but after a day of getting a gel mani, my cuticles burn from the unprofessional and amateur job that was done. As you can see in my photos, the nails are not the same length, but more importantly, while she was taking the gel polish off, she scraped my skin. Moreover, the cuticles were cut so harshly that it jabbed into my skin and left a mark. I can't wash anything nor can I use any soap as the wounds burn if I do so. The service was rushed and I don't think the person who did my nails was licensed or experienced. As much as this is a clean place, and other techs may be excellent, I'm never coming back here for services. I paid $63 for my cuticles to burn. Never again"

"I don't understand the negative reviews, I come here intermittently and always receive a great service. Ladies are polite and they don't make me wait for long, I always make an appointment, so I don't face any issues. Prices are very affordable too."

"I will never go back. First, the owner/manager was very rude when I called to make an appointment. And she was even worse when I came in. I got tips and to say that my nails were still hurting two weeks later is an understatement. She was very rough on my cuticles and on the nails themselves. And her attitude never left. I recommend going to the other salons in the neighborhood. This place is the worst nail salon I've ever been to."
