"I was shopping for a new shed and looked at a few local places. Dan at JPD was super nice and helpful and the price was HALF of the place we had looked prior. He recommended a man named Nick to get the ground ready for the install and he came quickly and did a fantastic job. The shed arrived quicker than expected and the men who installed it did a great job. I noticed after they left that there was a tiny imperfection on the bottom of one of the doors. It was so minor to me that I didn't even call them about it. Today (about a week and change after installation), the same worker came to replace the damaged door. Top service, even when you don't ask for it. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a new shed."

"About a year ago I went to this place and spent over 8k on a bunch of things for our backyard. I went back today to purchase a fire pit, pavers and some other items. I had a few questions and the old guy Billy i was speaking too was super nasty. I informed another guy behind the desk. Sean that I did not want to speak with him and would like to speak with the person I dealt with last time. That employee was not in the office so I said who else can help me spend some money. As I started to speak with the other sales guy billy thought it was a good idea to walk over and again speak to me in a nasty way and tell me I should have brought a mason person with me. I told the other sales guy I didn’t want to speak with billy and asked for him to walk away. When he wouldn’t leave I said, ok I am done. I am Not giving you any more of my money. I NEVER give feedback on this type of stuff but today I felt the need to explain the events today. You need better customer service and to get rid of unfriendly nasty sales people. It is your job to help. I don’t care if you don’t like me or my questions but your job is to sell me stuff. It is not good for business when you don’t know how to speak with people. You should not be in a person business if you are a D*ck. I will tell everyone I know not to spend money at this place. Thanks for nothing JPD."
