"From ordering to returning, there seems to always be a mistake. They missed 40 tiles on the delivery with my initial order and took a while to fix the issue. Then, on return, they didn’t process everything properly. I told them we returned 8 boxes of the Leida tile. Asked them to look at camera. They said they looked at camera and show me pic. Pic is blurry and they said it’s 4 boxes. Honestly, initially I wasn’t sure. But I went to double check. They still have same tiles at the store. I did a simple measurement. I showed them the evidence. Store manager told me we don’t go by math. We go by camera which is at best blurry and you go by your own interpretation. They said they would offer me “an extra box” to compensate. And they can also send video footage to cooperate office. I am calling cooperate office now waiting for them to call back."

"Home renovation is very challenging. However, my experience at Floor & Decor was fabulous thanks to Keith. He not only took the time to explain the different benefits of each type of material but even helped me select the flooring materials needed for the entire project. He is one of the friendliest people you could ever meet. I took the time to tell his manager, Sal who was also really great. I will be coming back here again for my bathroom renovation needs as well. The prices are very reasonable and the materials are outstanding. Update: 9/12/20 Came back for bath time and flooring. Debbie was phenomenal! She is the ultimate bathroom guru. She knew what would be the best materials for my needs. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Dez and Sal who also provided excellent customer service. Very happy!"
