"I guess they dont understand, as a local Hardware store in order to stay in business your customer service must be exceptional. However the owner and employees are just the opposite. They act like they are doing you a favor. Should shake up and focus on customer service. Have no problem paying a bit more that home depot, but not with the disrespect they show the customers.
