"I've been here several times, hoping each time the next time would be better, it never happened. Very disinterested in what you actually want. The price I was told for a pedicure suddenly changed (increased by $5.00) when it was time to pay, included was a 20 min foot massage (was 12 mins) sloppy job both hands and feet. Although the woman who worked on me was pleasant, she definitely was not interested in what I actually asked for. Michael had at least 4 different customers there who were complaining he has not shown up for standing appointments in weeks, and he didn't seem at all bothered that they were upset and offered them no explanation. Definitely won't be back."

"Moved out to LI from Brooklyn and looking for a good nail spot out here has been HARD! But SWAT is the place to be! Periodt! They scheduled an appointment for me (same day) and the nail tech was polite, down to earth and he FINESSED the design I wanted and it was reasonably priced. I've tried other spots on the island ranging from Deer Park, CI, Ronkonkoma, Bayport etc but SWAT is my final destination. The search is over...thank goodness!"
