"We were personally treated very well and our requests handled in the "sales" process.. The actual coutertop is and looks very good, The person who measured, installers and "filed personnel" were very knowlegeable, helpful and professional. They did a good job and the coouter was cut well and fits perfectly. Why the LOW rating? Because they "nickel and dimed" us (after being the high bid to begin with). --- For example, after being told it was included AND confirmed via telaphone the night before, the disposal of the old counter it was an extra $175 - negotiated down to $125. (I admit that I trusted their word and did not get it in writing) Since Granite counters are (really) a commodity, there is NO reason to reward such shabby practices."
