"I highly recommend never to use the store and the brand. The store charges premium prices and provides low quality product for the price and no customer service whatsoever. It started from the supply of the poor quality material, with which floor cannot be completed without gaps and material differs materially in the color (please see pictures). Experience with engineered wood of different brands was much better and of high quality. Once that was brought up to the store attention, they refused to process the refund for the material and never answered e-mails, requesting the refund and comments."

"LL flooring doesn't deserve my business. They will ride you to make a sale but won't take any accountability for their actions! I came in 3 months ago and had the unfortunate experience dealing with Sam from the Yonkers location. She would call me every month, sometimes a couple times a month to ask when I wanted my floor installed. Our relationship was cordial UNTIL my installation date. Wally, the installer was very honest and said many boards were too short, dented, and appeared to have some kind of flaw. He didn't feel comfortable starting a job I wouldn't be happy with. I brought this to Sam's attention the very next day. Instead of saying I'm so sorry for your inconvenience, what can we do to fix this problem for you, she blatantly said..."that's the wood you chose Mr. Rizzo. She tried to make me believe it's distressed wood and suppose to look like that when it clearly shows it on the exotic hardwood section on their website. I responded with one simple question..."If the wood is suppose to look like that, how come wally didn't feel comfortable installing it?! This entire experience was a major disaster because my wife and I had to reschedule many appointments around this installation that NEVER happened! LL FLOORING couldn't cover the simple cost to do the job correctly and more importantly, fulfill customer satisfaction! Take your business elsewhere...TRUST ME!!!"

Sam was a tremendous help throughout our stressful entire home floor renovation process during our new home purchase & remodeling. Sam helped us hone in on a very difficult decision with our combo ceramic & hard wood floor material and design, she was instrumental with her expertise in helping us determine what would look best and hold the most value with some of the ideas we presented to her as well as small obstacles we had since we were also adding radiant floor heating in some areas too. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Once we decided on the materials the communication with her didn't stop there, she was extremely thorough with her updates on shipping, delivery, as well as always being accessible whenever we had questions. We highly recommend shopping Lumber Liquidators but more importantly asking for Sam if you're in the Yonkers location looking to purchase flooring materials, she truly Rocks!"
