"7 am drop off for tires to be completed by noon. It’s now after 3 pm and I’m here pacing the dealership! I reached out three times via text before coming over and one call with no update. While the folks seem friendly, the service is horrendous."

"Scheduled a routine maintenance appointment a few weeks out since they were booked for an early morning drop off. Upon arrival it was mentioned I may need a few extra repairs that were due which I was fine with and expected. Received a text message around 2pm confirming the repairs and that they would message that my car would be ready at 4pm. At 5pm I messaged them that I need to know if my car was set as I needed to make arrangements for the evening etc.. no response back. The next morning I receive a reply… “sorry we got slammed etc etc etc” and your car is set. I responded back that a heads up would have been nice but all good and I had a few questions and wanted pricing on another repair… again no response. I go there to pick up my car and asked my question in person and the associate stated that they would have to research and call me back with the details… and guess what, no call back. Anything they would have told me I needed I probably would have said ok. I’m trying to give more business and can’t even get a response. For spending $xxxx for routine service please show a little customer service and have the professionalism to follow-up and set proper expectations."
