"Dropped my car off and asked for oil change….. was never offered tire rotation or vehicle inspection. I have taken my car here for years and this is a given for the price I am paying. This is crazy 40 dollars and no service provided. There is a new manager here and doesn’t seem to be invested in his customers or service he provides. Will not go to this Midas again… very disappointed and disgusted."

"I didn’t have an appointment but I went there today (10/30/23) just to see if they could repair a coolant leak. I also wanted them to check my slow leak in my tire. They said they were busy at this moment but I can come back around 3. I did and they found I had a leak in my rim and once they found out where the coolant leak was coming from they got the part and fixed it. I found out that they had only 2 people back there so I give them kudos for fitting me in. I appreciate it so much. When I get my rim I’m going back to this Midas!! Also, I think they are honest with their pricing and I first hand witnessed all the complimentary things they did to make their customers happy."

"This is by far the most honest and helpful mechanic I’ve been to. Not only is it easy to schedule here with great service, but they manage to get repairs done quickly and always update you on your cars status. I’ve had a lot of anxiety in the past about car repairs due to dishonest dealerships, but I never have to worry here. Quite literally the only place I’ll take my car!"

"Went to Midas to get an alignment done on my STI and the tech decided to take it for a 6 mile joy ride hitting 15psi of boost (what you would reach if you floored the car in Intelligent mode). I demanded a refund since I was only expecting an alignment and not for my car to be beat on and did not receive one. The manager claimed he has been the manager for a week and claimed that he did not know how to issue a refund via credit card but offered to compensate me with a gift card (as if I would trust the shop to not beat on my cars again). See the attached photos of before and after my appointment. I would not recommend this shop unless you don't care about your car being beat on. Edit: Don't be fooled by Midas's comment, I submitted 2 forms and no one has reached out to me. There has been no corrective action performed."
