"Lowe's set up my service call with this company for my broken washer that was just over 1 yr old. Lied about replacing parts multiple times to me and Lowe's. When the part was finally truly replaced weeks later he did it wrong with a partial piece that I learned later you can't even order from the manufacturer like he had it, and left me with my machine more broken than when he started. Then lied told Lowe's that he fixed my machine when he told me that Lowes was going to buy out my machine. I refused to let them come back again after this and asked for another company they ordered the part and fixed my washing machine on the first visit. Zero stars. Call someone else."

"This guy is absolutely horrible ..Let's just say the repairs he did caused further damage and now the dryer needs to be rebuilt completely...He is the worst I've ever had in my house..Never even hooked the dryer vent back up in my house which could have cause a fire...I would of rated him a zero if I could have.."

"Lowes Protection Plan hired North Shore to service my 4 year old dishwasher. Randy came to my house on October 7, 2021 and told me that I have an intermittent leak due to the faulty design of the Samsung waterwall. What he told lowes was something completely different. He told lowes that my dishwasher was overloaded and customer needs training. The dishwasher leaks with nothing in it. He lied to get another service request. Worst service ever."
