"I took a break from doing my nails for years and recently decided I missed them so for the new year I treated myself to a full set of gel nails and a pedicure. I was greeted by Jackie who introduced to my nail technician Jennifer who was polite, personable and gave me suggestions for design and color based on what I told her I was looking for. She did an awesome job and my nails came out beautiful. What surprised me more was I am rough on my nails typing on the keyboard all day at work not only did my nails hold up but other than the fact that they grew out and needed a fill they still looked great!! Today was my second visit for a fill in and Jessica was ready for me with design suggestions and colors and they came out fabulous see pic attached. Believe it or not this nail polish has a magnetic feature where she magnetized the 2nd coat of dark polish them moving it with a magnet while still wet revealing the 1st coat of light polish underneath and creating this design; no two fingers are identical. I was amazed! The service is great I made a same day appointment today and she took me right in mo sitting and waiting. I would highly recommend Vivi!!"

"First time ever going to ViVi, i was impressed!! i called for an appointment same day and they were able to take me in 1 hour later. Whoever answered the phone was a very nice gentleman, and even set me up with an account when leaving. When i walked in, i was greeted and asked what id want to get done today. They brought many options of books for me to look at! I sat down with a very nice woman named Apple. She also asked what i liked and what i wanted done, and showed me another pallet of metallic sparkly colors. This place has so many options to choose from! Apple was fast/efficient and did an amazing job!! So happy i finally found a place that’s welcoming and does a great job. Apple even took pictures and videos to post on instagram showing off the metallic shine. ViVis nail salon is very clean and new. Highly recommend anyone to go here that’s looking for the perfect nail salon! Definitely coming back for regular Fill in appointments!"

"Went last night 1/13 as a walk in and it was packed but they were able to take me right away. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. They asked if i wanted the colors to match, I said yes. Then they said pick out a toe color first….like how are they going to match then? Every other place I have been to I pick the gel color and then they find a toe color to match. I was handed one book that had maybe 15 colors based on what season it is to choose from for gel…not sure if they have more and the lady doing my nails just didnt care to tell me or ge tme the proper books. I picked one of those, then had to search for a toe color on my own to match that. Very rushed services, no hot towels at all (manicure or pedicure). Asked for a spa pedicure and was told no they will just do the organic pedicure (basically a regular pedicure) with a massage. Not what I wanted and was willing to pay a lot for a spa pedicure. The massage was just her rubbing my leg not a massage. Completely rushed (In and out in 45 minutes for gel manicure and pedicure with 10 min “massage”). I went at 5pm last night it is now noon the next day and the gel has already chipped on my thumb and all I have done is sleep and wake up. Will not come back again. Such a factory, not relaxing at all, workers that helped me had no care for what they were doing, no hot towels, no wanting to do a spa pedicure, looked miserable to be there. Update 1:20pm and my middle finger nail also is chipped."

"This was my first time going to Vivi Nail Spa, I was recommended by a friend. It’s always nerve racking trying a new place, but I was so pleased with my experience. I love how my nails came out and the customer service was above and beyond. Apple did an amazing job! Obsessed with my Christmas set!"
