You hardly get privacy, you're required to talk to someone once a month at least, which is great they're checking up on you regularly, but not everyone needs that amount of help or attention. When I moved to VA, they milked most of my security deposit cleaning a hard wood floor that was already swept...I'm still wondering how it cost $360 to do that. I could have done it for $5 if I had the time. They're crooks and improperly use your security deposit so be weary. The rent is cheap and they're beautiful apartments, but make sure when you move out it's SPOTLESS, if you want to have a chance at keeping your full deposit. I spent 3 years there and felt like the loyalty meant nothing when they spent my full $550 deposit on virtually nothing."
