"Living there for years was great!! But no one picks up dog poop and they continue to charge you for utilities and extra fees long after you leave, even while deployed and giving over 90 days notice and having them accept IAW SCRA. I had to call multiple times from Afghanistan about the charges, which they told me I shouldn’t have received, but they never refunded payments. I echo the fact that they are not professional, don’t respect military and management is less than to be desired."
"I moved from Maryland to NY in August 2022 and chose to live at Preserve at Autumn Ridge Townhomes among a few other choices. I love it here so much I recently renewed my lease for another year in August 2023. The townhomes are spacious, beautiful and very well maintained. I also like the attached garage feature which protects my vehicle during the winter months. The Leasing Department has professional personnel who answer all my questions I might hand. The Maintenance Crew is also outstanding, having met my needs and concerns whenever I have an issue. The entire Preserve At Autumn Ridge staff are reliable, professional, and very friendly. I’ve had such a great living experience during my 14-month stay in the townhomes and would recommend them to any outsiders looking for a place to live in the Watertown, NY area."
"Very disappointing management. We were stationed at Fort Drum and there was lack of respect towards the military community from Michelle and other members of the office. They made the move in and move out process incredibly difficult. Also, we dealt with flooding and mold in our short time there. We would not recommend living here despite the stellar location and the fabulous layout of the townhomes, the management is just too terrible to deal with. Also, I find it strange that management responded saying they had no record of me living here but called me to discuss this review… how did they get my number if I’m not in their system? SHADY. Last time I checked people don’t make fake reviews for apartment complexes and name drop staff."
"Very nice neighborhood with easy access to shops and things to do. Neighborhood is clean and well maintained, staff are very friendly and helpful, and neighborhood feels safe. I am pleased with the size of the home for the price we pay - gives us plenty of room to stretch out. Nearby playground is something my daughter enjoys, and streets are quiet enough for riding bikes/scooters. Any issues I've had (very minor) have been addressed quickly, with no further problems. Really grateful for the maintenance crew and the wonderful job they do at keeping the roads clear during the snowstorms we've had!"
"This complex has been a disappointment. Our complex is adequate. It is obvious some cheaper materials were used but it fits our needs. However the upkeep of outside facilities has been atrocious. Our biggest issue has been snow removal which has been virtually non-existent. Yesterday was the first decent snow of the season. It began in the middle of the night and continued until around 12-1 in the afternoon. At 6 when I got home the roads had still not been cleared. All morning there were plow trucks driving around with their plows up not doing any work. I understand they may wait until the snow stops however that doesn't seem to be the case either. When Aby is asked about it, she states the lease says they only plow when there is >4 inches of snow. The lease adds that about them plowing our driveways which is not a concern at all. We simply want the roads and sidewalks to be safe to travel on. Additionally I read through my lease last night and it does not state this 4 inch rule for driveways. This morning as I left for work at 5 am, there was still snow covering most of the roadway including the entrance to the complex. I do not know if the guys working the plows are lazy or if the complex has no care for their tenants safety however this is ridiculous. These pictures were taken 16 hours after the snow stopped and it looks as if the snow just fell. Update #2: The complex has made some changes but still subpar snow removal practices. It snowed last night and this morning, at 520, as I shoveled the driveway they were beginning to plow the roads. However now it appears they chose not to add salt. The roads now have a thin layer of snow as expected after plowing which is very slick. Salt on my driveway made it completely cleared and not slippery. Maybe the next snow storm they’ll figure it out. Picture 3 and 4 are the current road conditions at 830 and picture 5 is my driveway which was shoveled at 530 and salt was added immediately after."
