"Lived here for almost 2 years at this point. I've had nothing but problems. The apartment was nice when I initially saw it, and within the first 6 months, there were a list of repairs. Things that were not caused by myself or my family. We have a window in our living room that doesn't open, which we were told about before we moved in. They told us it would be replaced that summer, which never happened. The toilet upstairs leaked so much that there was a mold spot on the living room ceiling. A plumber has been here (one hired by the apartment because we can't hire our own plumber) multiple times to "fix" the leak, and each time they make the excuse that it's just the pipes sweating. The leak is also causing the floor in front of our bathroom to be wet, meaning water is sitting under the linoleum floor. We have a mop bucket that holds about 3 gallons underneath the leak in our living room that needs to be emptied every 2-3 days or it will overflow. And our kitchen sink leaks underneath because the seals are completely destroyed. Mind you, this apartment was supposedly 100% redone before my family moved in. And those are just the in-unit problems. One last note, before you decide whether or not you want to live here, my family was informed today that many of the other units have cockroaches. If I could rate this apartment a zero, I absolutely would. The only reason my family still lives in this disgusting place is that we don't have the money to move right now."
