"We were installing new wood floors and planned with plenty of time to get them in before a baby shower at our house weeks later. Long story short. We ordered our flooring weeks before the shower. They assured us they’d be in that week and if not 100% on the shipment next weekend. Did they come in time. Hell no. Missed the first week. Missed the next week. And we will see if they even come in the next week which will now be three weeks past the date we were assured they will come in. Already too late now. Baby shower with plywood floors. Neat. Thanks LL Flooring for making false promises. Terrible delivery times. Problems with payments even though I paid in full up front. Holding back sample delivery until after a big sale had passed. So we could t take advantage of that. And ruining our house before our baby shower. Lady in the store was genuinely helpful and kind. That is all I can say."

"We have not had a good experience at all. The flooring was fine as expected. Stair treads took three months to arrive. When they did they were the wrong color (inconsistent with the “same” color flooring.) My photos were supposed to be sent to corporate but there has been no contact with us on a solution. I left a voicemail, no response. No one answers the phone. Going on two weeks since the boxes of treads were opened"
