Right from my first call of inquiry, the owners Joe and Debbie - a family business - were clear and patient in explaining all aspects of the product itself, the installation process and a ballpark price range. My wife and I then visited their store in Wappinger Falls, where many of the products are well displayed, and chose the specific flooring. Joe soon after came out to give us an estimate, and then personally did the installation exactly as scheduled one week later. The installation went splendidly and the floor looks great.
