"Waited for 35 minutes just to have other people on the waiting list seen before me. Kept my cool up until I was rudely told to hurry up and choose a color when I wasn’t given the palette to choose from up until it was time to actually paint my toes. So very disrespectful, and I should’ve known this place wasn’t it when at the time of walking in an angry customer was walking out."
"Place is very clean but extremely overpriced from being charged for the massage chair to pushing the spa special at you. My pedicurist was nice and very polite but I didn’t like how he laid the acrylic on my toe that was slightly damaged. Overall it did the job for the time I had."
"Horrible! I asked for stilettos and received almonds. Now it's the end of the day and the gel is lifting. Said they can do a design and had the nails extremely dirty, glue everywhere and if I didn't say anything they would have been okay w this level of unprofessional work. THEY RUSH!! Rush work on feet and hands. Work is not neat! Nails are also lumpy. I'm traveling and this was a last minute decision since my nail tech had an emergency. I do not recommend. Very disappointed"
"2x here and Chase has done it for me . I love how fast he works . He’s a perfectionist.40 Mins and he does the job! My nails lasted 5-6 weeks . It did not break . So thin and perfect. Highly recommended this place , specially CHASE!!"
