"They don't keep to time! When the ladies finally come, they just walk past you without acknowledging they were late or apologizing, as if you are doing them a favor. Very rude!"

"This is only 3 days after getting my nails done. When I originally called, I received top notch customer service. Leo was very sweet on the phone. While the phone he quoted me 75 dollars to do acrylic nails and a pedicure. When I arrived they took me in very fast. I was impressed until I started to see how money hungry they seemed. A young lady did her nails and they began to treat her differently once she started to express her concerns for money. She didn’t leave a tip which made him very upset. I understand the need for tips but to be that upset about it seemed off. When they started to do my nails I noticed the tools weren’t cleaned after each Customer. Which is expected for a place in the Bronx but still no excuse. I also asked if I could get a gold line on my French tips and he quoted me an extra five dollars to do a simple line. Initially I said okay until I saw how he started to get money hungry with other customers harassing them to do something other than their toes. At this point I was turned off by the environment. I was charged 90 dollars for my toes and nails and I gave a tip. Immediately the other employees asked if gave a tip. I paid a total of 110 dollars for my nails and toes and in 3 days they look terrible. This experience was no surprise to me. At least have good quality work if you are going to be this money hungry. I don’t mind spending money as long as the quality of the work matches the pay."
