"I ask the nail tech if there is time to do nails and I said I’ll be back in 15 minutes. As soon as I came back the male nail tech refused to do my nails and said it’s too late. Apparently why would you say come back and that yr willing to service me. So I kindly mention I won’t come back there and sarcasm came out of his mouth that it’s ok if you don’t. Seriously word of mouth goes a long way keep treating yr customers like you don’t have to value their business. Waste of time and money!"
