"They do some of the best work around highly recommend if you want a good set that can last awhile as well. The atmosphere is amazing too from how they treat you to the decor they have surrounding you. I love how they are straight forward with their prices and as they work they tell you how the price can go up ( you know with shaping, and designs). Overall great experience here and the work they do is phenomenal!!"

"Had a manicure here yesterday and it was really such a lovely experience. Nails came out beautifully and the technician was attentive to my needs and requests and even got me a bottled water when I got a tickle in my throat. She took time to do my nails well and I ended up staying for a chair massage. I did feel a little pressured for a longer massage but, honestly, it was a great massage and well worth it. The reason for the three stars is that I’ve been here twice before (always when I needed a back up plan to my usual place) and those experiences were HORRIBLE. Quick work, unfriendly and nails came out looking terrible. Based on my most recent experience it feels as though the business owner is taking note and attempting to address the negative customer feedback they’ve received. If you’ve tried them before and were disappointed, I’d say they’re worth another chance."

"If I could give a zero I would, I was charged $140 for a French pedicure and a plain acrylic overlay. 5 days later my acrylic came off of three nails and my nail beds on my toes are very weak which I’ve never experienced before. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY"

"I’ve gotten my nails done before and it’s never really been an issue. I went this morning with my partner and right as we walked in we were pressured to pick a color with multiple staff standing over our backs while we had drinks and phones and wallets in our hands. The place was not packed at all. My partner repeated about 3 times what each of us wanted done and they still weren’t understanding. At this time still being pressured to pick a color and they were throwing colors at us to speed up the process. We finally sit down and the girl that was doing the most basic pedicure for me dug so hard into my big toe that I audibly said “ow that hurts” and eventually I took my foot away. She was not understanding me. My partner had to say something to her nail tech and her nail tech briefly said something to my nail tech. My girl immediately after moved to the other side of my big toe and dug so hard again that I said ow and pulled my foot away for a second time and she still didn’t understand so I just told her to stop. From there all I received was lotion rubbed onto my legs for about a total of 60 seconds for both legs. No massage, No exfoliate. Then she started painting my toes with a blue that my partner was getting when I told them multiple times I was only getting clear. She had to wipe it off and only did one coat of clear. Every other pedicure I’ve received at least two coats so it looks like something and shines a little more. I didn’t want to discourage the girl so I didn’t say anything still. She dried my one coat on my toes by using a magazine and waved it over my feet about 3 times and told me to put my socks and shoes back on. I got charged and thought it was outrageous for what lack service I actually received. My partner and I talked to the other mail tech and the owner. The owner fought with me and refused to give me my money back and said that she would play back the cameras. The owner stood there for a solid 5-10 minutes just watching and showing me that my girl did use lotion. No actual massage was done she literally just rubbed lotion on my legs for a few seconds and moved on but wouldn’t admit it and constituted that as a massage. We told her no exfoliate and only one coat and didn’t acknowledge that. She told me to sit back in the chair to get another coat of clear but I told her for the second or third time that the my nail tech already hurt my toe and it’s not worth it for me- I just wanted some money back because it was such a rip off. Not even my entire refund, I just wanted some money back. She refused and I walked out. This was the absolute worst nail experience I’ve ever had unfortunately from nail tech to owner and I’m pretty simple since I only get clear coat and a pedicure only every place I go to. It’s very convenient because it’s only 5 minutes from my home but I will not be returning ever again. It’s worth it to go somewhere further but I was in a pinch for time today. Total waste of money and energy and nail tech and owner both fighting me on everything and refusing to provide better customer service. After I left and sat in the car until my partner was done, I was told that the owner was hovering over her until her nails were done and it made her very uncomfortable. The owner spent at least 10-15 minutes trying to fight us on everything that at the end of her nails being wrapped up the owner came over and tried to offer her a bracelet and my partner refused. My partner finally got up to pay and all the owner said was “sorry”. And as my partner was walking out the door she saw the bracelet she offered us was sitting in the lost and found by the front door! Worst experience ever."
