"I would have given a zero star rating if I had been able. I loved this place when it was posh nails and went every two weeks. Since it’s been taken over, not only the boss, but all of the technicians only understand you when they want to. I went yesterday for a Mani Pedi and eyebrow tint. When I booked the appointment, I specifically asked when the girl who does the tint was in, knowing that she only comes in a few days a week. I was told that she would be there the day I booked my appointment. When I went into the back room to have my eyebrow tint, the girl put something on above my eyebrow and below my eyebrow. I was lying down with my eyes closed, as instructed. I thought, perhaps it was Vaseline to keep the tint from getting on my skin. And then I felt her strip the wax off. I said no no no I don’t want a shaping I want a tint. I don’t want my eyebrows made narrower. She continued to put on the wax until I sat up and said no this is not what I want. This is not what I asked for, and this is not what I booked. Neither she nor the manager of the salon acknowledged my complaint. They acted as if they didn’t understand. All this and my manicure is also very streaky. I will never go back to this salon. And I advise everyone else to stay away as well."

"After a few rough experiences at other local nail salons, I was thrilled to discover Gloria Nails & Spa! I go often for UV Gel Fills, and Paula and Julie are amazing with this manicure type. At other salons, I faced chipping and nail breakage, but not with their techniques. All the staff is super friendly, always smiling and truly seem to enjoy each other's company as well as the customers. I call to make appointments and they are always so accommodating even on the rare occasions I've walked in without an appointment. I've tried a long list of nail salons in Westchester, and Gloria's is truly five star. Highly recommend!"
