"I have used this business probably 6-10 times. I liked that they were 3-4 people came in did there job and left. They used to do a thorough job the more they came the lazier they got. Forgetting to do little things like wipe down the dressers in the bedroom or dust. The reason I am giving 1 star and want to give 0 is for a different reason. They destroyed my 14 thousand dollar chatea d, aux leather coach. I have been noticing since they come that more and more my couches color was fading off which shouldn’t happen with the age of the couch. The last time they were there they were spraying my couch with ammonia, harsh glass cleaner to make it look good at the time but the Integrity of the Italian leather cracks and fades over time. They also sprayed harsh chemicals on all my brass items. I had an issue with the brass base of my west elm lamp which I owned for 8 years and never had tarnishing issues till they came in the picture. It is permanently damaged from glass cleaner as well as my Jonathan Adler beatle ring holder. Stay away from them at all costs if you have furniture that you value. All they care about is speed and not doing a proper job. I wish I never hired them. They always showed up 30-60 minutes late no respect for their clients time. One time I waited for three hours for them and they just canceled with no care in the world keep promising me another 30 minutes I will be there. Unprofessional and a horrible company to hire."
