"They don't care that their tenants have issues with their apartments like mold, mildew or that the HVAC systems haven't been cleaned in years. They just tell you since your so unhappy we are letting you out of your lease. Turned to code enforcement but that also was a joke. If you are looking at any apts managed by this company I would run."

"Had to share a star because I couldn't give zero stars. They are unprofessional, rude and loud. The maintenance staff are rude and make alot of noise really early in the morning. Not respectful of other tenants rights. And when you ask them to lower their voices they talk louder and laugh in your face. They even told the tenant to lighten up. Super unprofessional. they rent units that have not been fully painted or ready to rent much less renovated. And the renovations are a joke. Charging 1500 for a 500 sq ft apartment because they changed the carpet and painted. Not to mention the FORCED internet charge being added to everyone's rent. Not even caring if the tenants are on fixed incomes. They arent even given an option to opt out of the internet. And when you bring it up to corporate NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR EMAILS!!! If you don't live there and are looking for a place, RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!"

"When the owner of the Company calls you personally to ask you "How are you feeling?" after having a major health concern, that's when I realized it is not just a job but I have joined a Family. This will sound cliché but I truly LOVE being a Property Manager and the support from my team makes everyday enjoyable. My goal is to always give a 100% of my time & energy to my Property. I run it like I personally own it and think "what can I do to maximize/minimize everything?". I treat the Residents like family because this is where they choose to live, when there are so many places to choose from.
