"Do not take your marine problems to this dealer. Has untrained Amish mechanics And performs work that is not on a work order. And doesn’t back up his work. Took back 2 times still. At 95.00 dollars a hour you should get a factory machanic. And it still doesn’t work. Save your money and go somewhere else."

"I have used TCS Marine for shrink wrapping, for 3 years. This will be the last time. Year one the wrap job collapsed under the weight of the snow by spring, this isn’t failure to clean off, it’s due to not enough pitch in the frame the wrap goes over, and not using enough cross tethers Year two they sealed my almost new battery inside, which froze and was ruined by spring. I let them know about it, it would have been 3 hours of my time towing my boat on wet salty roads to bring back to have it removed, and resealed. I said mistakes happen, I planned on coming back figuring he’d make it right. Zero offer or gesture to make it right, or knock a little off this year, because of it which is fine. It’s something I’d do for someone but everyone is different Then I noticed they were charging me differently, than they had in the past, when questioned he provided an invoice that was itemized totally different than he gave me last year I don’t care what the wrap cost per foot he could have told me it was $25/ft it cost what it cost. My boat has been 21’ for the last 3 years, but each year he’s charging for more wrap every year, and admitted at some point they started measuring differently that’s what turned me off. He did not like answering questions, and quick to say If didn’t like it there go somewhere else, I didn’t argue told him thank you he was right This year it’s wrapped with a gradual pitch, the wrap is touching cushions in the back, they put no spacers in, so it’s just going to condensate water on them and soak them by spring. The work is less than good, the service isn’t great, and there is not a lot of customer appreciation. I’ve had wrapping done by professional marinas this is not that. Hard for me to recommend I went there because I’m lazy honestly, I’m not sure what I expected for marine service in dekalb, ny. it’s 20 minutes closer, than the other place, it’s my fault"

"It’s rare that you run into exemplary customer service now days. Bought a lower unit from Chip, drove from Canada to pick it up he took the time to explain how I would put it back on, he hooked me up with a brand new impeller and even found me spare bolts for the lower unit and the shifter bolt. In less than half a day I was on the water all thanks to Chip. God bless you!"
