"This was the most depressing nail salon I've ever been in. The outside is so fun down, I almost didn't go on. Inside was also Tim down. There was only 1 client and around 6 employees on their cell phones looking bored and sad. No one says hello or goodbye. The woman who did my pedicure seemed rightfully depressed. She was quick, not thorough. Gave a good leg and got massage with lotion but then had me put my feet back into the dirty water before rinsing off my feet. When I paid, I did give the person at the register a cash tip for the manicurist but I seriously wonder if she got it. Won't go here again."

"I had my nails done here for a trip I took for the weekend after… about a week after having them done, they started lifting and cracking. While on my trip I had to be extra careful to not hit them on anything because I was afraid of breaking them. Anytime I did bump my nails it hurt. My hair has been getting caught in them as well. I called to speak about maybe a half off discount since my nails only lasted about half the time they should have. The lady who I spoke to said well it’s too late now since it’s been almost 2 weeks. Excuse me but I spent $70 for my nails to last only a week? And they won’t fix it. I explained how I worked and I was out of state but my nails should have lasted and I shouldn’t have to explain anything further. Definitely going back to where I usually go"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Linda destroyed all, ALL of my natural nails. I continuously asked for her to not use the Dremel due to my nail beds being very sensitive when she already removed the majority of the dip but she wouldn't listen. My natural nails are paper thin and any amount of pressure on my nails is exceptionally painful. At first it was only obvious that my one pinky nail on my right hand was incredibly sanded down. I was so distracted by the pain of that nail, I didn't even realize in the salon just how bad it really was. I continuously asked her to not use the Dremel and ever her coworker had said something trying to correct her, but she still wouldn't do what I asked. Another staff came over and tried to show her what I was asking for. But AGAIN...she would try to use the Dremel. I left there with basically no natural nails left and my fingers in pain. This isn't the first time I've had an issue similar to this, but at least it was only one nail that was sacrificed in the past. ALL OF MY NAILS HAVE BEEN RUINED and it will take probably 6 months for them to be normal again considering how slow my nails grow. Stay clear of this place. You'll find that your now short paper thin nail is splitting up into the nail bed due to how thin they sand your nail beds down. Oh, and they still made me pay full price for the nail removal haha You've been warned!"

"Have been going here for over a year… was not only upset that they worked on multiple people while taking care of me but when I got to the counter they overcharged me… when I questioned her she say it was correct… my friend paid what I should of… not sure I will be going back."
